【Introduction】

    Magnetic voclizing printing ink is a special anti-forgery ink or magnetic color-changing ink that contains magnetic substances (such as iron oxide black and iron oxide brown needle-like crystals) that are magnetically arranged after being treated with a magnetic field to obtain high residual magnetism. Patterns or logos printed with this ink can detect magnetic signals with a magnetic detector, and realize the recognition function through the friction of the automatic processing device. Information such as passwords printed with it can be read by a decoder. Magnetic ink is widely used in the classification, retrieval, and identification of bank notes and postal services. Such as coins, bank cards, credit cards, monthly passes, air tickets, high-speed rail tickets, bus tickets, etc. It is also used for special packaging and printing of trademarks, self-adhesive labels, cartons, tobacco, alcohol, medicine and other commodities.

    1. Our magnetic ink are UV type and solvent type, suitable for screen printing, offset printing, gravure printing and flexo printing. Offset printing and silk screen printing are more widely used.

    2. The suitable substrates for our magnetic ink are  sheets or paper, metal, glass, Can be used for plastics ,etc. The printing effect is better on white substrates.

    3. Our UV magnetic inks include UV offset printing, UV screen printing and UV flexo printing or embossing printing, which can be printed directly on the machine. If you feel that the viscosity is high, you can add appropriate ink-adjusting oil or UV diluent for adjustment; if you feel that it dries slowly , photosensitizer can be added appropriately.

    4.  Our solvent-based magnetic inks include screen printing, gravure printing and flexo printing. Silk screen printing has good screen passing properties and is suitable for 150-350 mesh screen printing. If the viscosity is high, solvents such as 783/anti-white water/DBE can be added to dilute it; gravure printing The viscosity of printing and flexographic magnetic inks is moderate and can be printed directly or with a little bit of ink-adjusting oil or alcohol and ester diluents.

【Storage and shelf life】

    Store in a dry and cool place, avoid sunlight, and keep away from sources of fire and fire. The shelf life of solvent-based magnetic inks is 12 months in an unopened state, and the shelf life of UV-type magnetic inks in an unopened state is 6 months.
