What is Honeycomb ceramic part?

Honeycomb ceramics have the characteristics of large specific surface area, good thermal insulation, light weight, low coefficient of thermal expansion, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, etc., and are used in automobile exhaust gas treatment, flue gas purification, heat storage, infrared radiation combustion version, powder metallurgy of firing plates, chemical reaction carriers and catalysts, kiln insulation materials and other fields. The material is mainly cordierite, as a product such as Honeycomb Burner Disc or Honeycomb Ceramics Plate.  

Widely used as filter materials, heat storage bodies, thermal insulation materials, catalyst carriers.

3. Size capacity: minimum. The inner diameter can be 1.45mm, the maximum. Outer diameter up to 400mm

5. Secondary processing: drilling, grinding, edge banding, cutting, etc

6. Tolerance range: outer size 0.5mm, inner hole diameter 0.05mm

7. Surface treatment: rubbing, polishing, edge banding
