Brazed PHE Production 2

Introduction

This series usually consists of two Compressors or Condensers, to form two independent refrigerating circuits and a central fluid circuit. Even if one refrigerating circuit stops functioning, the other one will still make sure a high efficiency heat transfer, owing to the maximal contact between the exchanging mediums.

This is a copper brazed plate evaporator and condenser(Brazed plate heat exchanger) optimized for air conditioning and refrigeration equipment. It uses R22 refrigerant in cone compressor and dual compressor circuits with capacities ranging from 150KW to 450KW (40-120 cooling tons).

Diagonal flow design

The diagonal flow design on the refrigerant side ensures that even if only one refrigerant circuit is working, it still produces efficient cross-flow, making the most efficient use of the heat transfer surface of the heat exchanger and ensuring the heat load balance between the circuits. What's more, the chilled water outlet temperature can be precisely controlled without mixing the cooled fluid with the uncooled fluid flow, thus avoiding the potential danger of freezing due to incorrectly set temperature controllers. 

Applicaton

1. Refrigeration: used as a condenser and evaporator.

2. HVAC: intermediate heat exchangers used in conjunction with boilers, intermediate heat exchangers in high-rise buildings, etc.

3. Chemical industry: soda ash industry, synthetic ammonia, alcohol fermentation, resin synthesis cooling, etc.

4. Food industry: fruit juice sterilization and cooling, animal and vegetable oil heating and cooling, etc.

5. Grease process: soap-based drying at atmospheric pressure, heating or cooling various process liquids.

6. Centralized heating (Heat exchanger unit): heating the waste heat area of a thermal power plant, heating bath water.
