Similar to Plate Heat Exchanger, but with a spiral shape, our Spiral Cooler is favored by our customers in terms of heating and cooling of various liquids or vapors with a certain degree of impurities.

⛆ Structure of a Spiral Flow Heat Exchanger

It could be seen as, in fact, two bending tubes intertwining with each other. Fluids flow through but without affecting the other, thus the heat exchanging takes place spontaneously.

Stable welding connection

Two channels in the Spiral Cooler are welded for sealing, which would stop them from mixing up together.

High heat transfer efficiency

The heat transfer efficiency of Spiral Flow Heat Exchanger is 1-3 times as much as that of Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger. The maximum heat transfer coefficient is up to 3,300W/(㎡k).

Effective recovery of low-temperature heat energy

Two heat transfer media in the Spiral Cooler Heat Exchanger can realize heat transfer through a full counter-current flow, being applicable to heat transfer with small temperature difference, recovery of waste heat, and full application of low-temperature heat energy.
