Magnesium tube production process:

Magnesium alloy pipe is made into billet by semi-continuous casting process, and then extrusion process is produced.

Semi-continuous casting usually adopts vertical casting, and the casting process adopts left and right constant temperature well water for cooling, so that the castings are completely made into slabs (billets) with fine grains and very close spacing between grains and grains.
