Installation and maintenance:
Installation precautions: Before installation, check whether the specifications and models of the valves match the pipeline system, check whether the appearance of the valves is damaged, and whether the sealing surface is flat. During installation, ensure that the valve is in the closed state, connect it according to the correct installation method, ensure that the connection is firm and reliable, and do not forcefully install it to avoid damaging the valve. At the same time, pay attention to the installation direction so that the flow direction of the fluid is consistent with the direction of the valve mark.
Daily maintenance points: Regularly inspect the appearance of the valve to check for leakage, corrosion, looseness, etc. Regularly lubricate the valve stem, handwheel and other moving parts to ensure flexible operation. If the seal is found to be aging, damaged, etc., the seal should be replaced in time to ensure the sealing performance of the valve. When the valve is out of use or overhauled for a long time, the valve should be fully inspected and maintained and properly kept.
