Easy Maintenance

　First of all,  regular cleaning is an important step that keeping  electric cylinders functioning properly. During usage, dust and dirt will accumulate on the surface of electric cylinders, in result affecting their performance. Therefore, regular cleaning of the electric cylinder by using a soft cloth or brush is necessary. Meanwhile, cleaners containing corrosive ingredients should be avoided to keep from damaging the surface of the electric cylinder.

　Secondly, lubrication is the key to cylinder's maintenance. Adopting proper lubrication will reduce friction and wear and improve the operating efficiency of the electric cylinder. Before adding lubrication, the surface of the electric cylinder should be cleaned so that the lubricant can evenly cover all parts. To select the appropriate lubricant for the electric cylinder and apply it according to the manufacturer's recommendations.(Sinopec Generalduty Lithium Base Grease NO.1)

   In addition, regular inspection to electric cylinder's connecting parts and wires is necessary. Make sure that the connections are tight in case the wires are worn or broken, so as not to affect the normal operation of the electric cylinder. If any problem is found, repair or replace the damaged parts immediately.
