PVC Lifting Up Hangar Door

PVC fabric foldable lifting up door, can be made in huge size, to meet requirement of big size opening in aircraft hangars, shipyard, big machinery, and mining industry. The door is made from double layer PVC fabric curtain, and middle is strong steel tube framework to achieve excellent wind resistance.  The door curtain move up and down by folding up. It does not need big space at two sides to install such PVC fabric type hangar door or shipyard door. In some projects, such side space is very limited, so it is a good choice in such situation.

2． Wire rope hoist ：composed of Base, roller, Gear reducer and Conical brake lifting motor .

1．3． Omron Safety sensor is installed onto the end of steel cord for safety.

1．4． Stopper is installed onto the roller to control opening and closing limit.

1．5． Two lifting points are made at the bottom skeleton for emergency hoisting in case of system failure.

3.  Door body：

3.1.  composed of horizontal skeleton, top skeleton and bottom skeleton. And bottom skeleton is covered with PVC fabric for seal structure. Columns and beams of two sides and top is covered with color steel tile as seal.

3.2.  panel is made of double layer high-strength PVC fabric.  middle of PVC fabric is horizontal steel skeleton to enforce the panel.

4.2.  Safety senor and sound-light alarm system：

l  Sound-light alarms give signals to remind passing human or vehicles   when the door open or close

l  Bottom stopper is installed at the bottom of two guide rails . Once the door close near the bottom, the stopper can detect it and stop the door .

l  Top stopper is installed to the bottom of top beam . Once the door open near the top, the stopper can detect it and stop the door

4.3．  Accident-fall arrester safety system：

Clamp-type fall arrester (Germany OUMA Tech) is installed to prevent any accident falls and avoid any damage to human or other objective under the door.
