Door panel is Double skin sandwich structure filled with highly thermal insulating polyurethane foam material. .Total thickness: 40mm (KENVO also supply 50mm, 60mm or 75mm for special cold rooms or refrigeration warehouses, to realize better thermal insulation.). Two surface layer is 0.326mm galvanized steel plate. Middle is filled with high density fire retardant polyurethane foam. Foam Density: 45kg/m3.
At the joint area, there is a special cold-bridge design, to avoid direct heat conduction through surface steel sheet. Thermal insulation ratio: 4.5W/m. h.
