Adjustable head pad foam Dock Seal, are an special designed insulated Dock Seal for warehouse loading docks or loading bays. Like a regular foam pad dock seal, it also has three sponge foam pad at two sides and top. Surface is covered with black color PVC fabric curtain. The major advantage of KENVO adjustable head pad dock seal is that, its top head pad is movable up and down to fit for higher or lower lorry containers. This solve the issue of regular foam pad dock seal, and get better airtightness and thermal insulation during loading process, compared with regular fixed Dock Seal or Mechanical Dock Shelter. If your warehouse is cold room, cooler room or temperature controlling, and also working with different sizes of lorry, this will be a nice choice to install adjustable head pad foam dock seals for loading docks.

Main Adjustable Head Pad Insulated Dock Seal

Ajustable head pad foam Dock Seal can realize effective seal and thermal insulation.

1. The back structure is made from galvanized steel plate or anti-corrosive solid wood, touching with the wall closely. Inside is filled with highly compressed sponge, with density of 30KG/m³. Special pressure-relief design can reduce the friction with dock and trucks. This will prolong work life of surface fabric.

2. Surface fabric：Made from PVC fabric with self-extinguishing function. Weight: 800g/㎡. There are fabric shutter folds on top beam and two side columns. Thus it can endure long-time friction and squeezing.

3. Movable scope of top head pad: 700mm. It realize total 1000mm adjustable working scope for lorry container (with 300mm wide top head pad). So it can fit most bigger and smaller lorry.

4. Adjustable device of top head pad: a manual hoist chain beside the dock seal.

5. Top cover protection: At the top, there is an galvanized steel cover to enclose and protect top adjustable mechanism.

Complete Loading Dock:

Loading Dock or Laoding Bay, is a complete assembly of three parts:

Dock Door: Sectional door or Roller shutter door. It can be thermal insulated.
Dock Leveler: To connect warehouse floo and truck floor. And forklifts can run on it directly into container;
Dock Shelter & Seal: To improve the airtight and seal when loading or unloading goods. It can prevent outside air and dust, and also keep temperature inside room.

It is widely seen in warehouse, factory, and logistics industry. These three parts work together to improve loading efficiency and protect indoor enviroment.
