DGR-IIB Type Strapping Machine Head is suitable for use on general purpose automatic steel strip balers.It can be used in medium or heavy duty baling applications, especially in the steel metallurgy field. This type is a perfect combination of new age pneumatic and electric power, and has an excellent performance in no-buckle steel belt.

Strapping Process

When different steel strip baling machines are used for strapping according to different kinds of profiles or steel types, each process action is not necessarily identical, but the main process is the same, and the specific processes are as follows. (1) Profile positioning. After the profile arrives at the bundling position on the conveying line and is detected, the profile will be detached from the conveying chain by the fixing device and briefly fixed in position; (2) Preparation for strapping. After the profile is in position, the head of the baling machine moves towards the profile for baling; (3) feeding belt. After the profile enters the baling station, it sends out a signal for feeding the belt, which completes feeding the belt through the guiding mechanism, and then stops feeding the belt; (4) Belt head compression. After the belt feeding is completed, the head of the steel belt has an overlap at the locking buckle. At this time, the head of the steel belt is pressed tightly through the locking mechanism so that the excess steel belt can be retracted and pulled tightly through the reverse; (5) Recycling and pulling tightly. After the head of the steel belt is grasped, the belt feeding mechanism is driven in reverse to retract the excess steel belt and tighten the profile; (6) Secondary tensioning. After recovering the excess steel belt through the previous step, finally, the low-speed, slow-drawing, large-tension tensioning steel belt is used to tighten the profile to a stop; (7) Locking and cutting the belt. After taking back the belt, the locking mechanism works to lock the overlap of the steel belt, and cut off the connecting steel belt after locking to complete the baling action; (8) Switching baling (more than one belt). Profile baling there is more than one baling band, according to the different needs of the packages, different position baling, to repeat the process of feeding the band and so on (9) strapping machine system reset. After the belt is strapped, the head is reset, the mechanism of the head of the baler is reset, the belt feeding mechanism is ready to store the belt, and the fixing device is reset, ready for the next action.
