The tank body and chassis are made of high strength carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminum alloy, coupled with advanced robotic automatic welding machine, special automatic painting machine, full blasting of complete vehicle before painting to increase strength at chassis junction and reduce tension impact, make the tanker more capable of corrosion resistance and long service life.
4.The tank body can be cylindrical, elliptical, trapezoidal surface design or other customized shapes, the inside of the tank trailer can be divided into several compartments, the wave plate will be welded into the inside of each compartment to reduce impact of the fuel and increase strength of the tank trailer in operation.
