Box-beam Production Line Brief introduction:
Box column, as an important part of large bridge and skyscraper , the box-beam production line is a specialized production line for making box-beam.
Box-beam production line realizes the running manipulation of work-piece feeding, partition –making, box-assembling, backing welding, electroslag welding, submerged welding and face cutting. It ranks the top place among the internal industry because of its sound process flow and reliable equipment performance. This line has advantages of complete configuration, high automation and easy operation.
Box-beam Production Line Processing steps:
1. The feeding step by CNC cutting machine, cut 2 base plates, 2 web plates and several baffle plates.
2. Make bevels and cuts on the base plate and webs, this step can use small cutting machine and manual cutting machine, moreover, a milling machine is recommended.
3. Assemble partitions by using diaphragm assembling machine; and make sure that 2 weld beads for electroslag welding are left on the finished partitions.
4. Lift one base plate onto the conveying roller conveyors of the box-beam column assembling machine by crane.
5. Put the baffle plate on the base plate at the designed position and fix them by spot welding.
6. Adjust the position of the centering device and lift 2 webs down on the base plate, leaning on the centering device.
7. Move u-type/box-beam assembling machine, and clamp the web with two baffle plates together in turn. And then spot weld the plates together in position till every baffle plate is pressed close to the web.
8. Carry the finished U-type work-piece to the baffle plate welding section and use 180°rollover machine to turn it over to the work-piece holders on sides, and then weld the weld line between baffle plate and web.
9. Put the U-type work-piece back on the conveying roller conveyor of U-type/box-beam assembling machine.
10. Lift the other base plate above the U-type work-piece , press them close and weld them together by U-type/box-beam assembling machine.
11. Convey the finished box to the back welding section, and use 180°roller conveyor machine to turn it over by 90°, and then move it to the work-piece holders beneath the first back welder. To make sure that the weld lines face upward, then weld them by gas back welder.
12. Turn the work-piece over again by 180°by turning machine after welding the two weld lines and move it to the work-piece holder beneath the second back welder and then weld the 2 lines just like the last step.
13. Turn the work-piece to 90°by 180°turning machine on the roller conveyor after the back welding section and then convey it to the electroslag welding section.
14. Turn the work-piece to 90°by 90°turning machine and move it to the work-piece holder beneath the electroslag welder, weld every cut.
Attention: The electroslag welding section has two electroslag welders and you can weld the work-piece symmetrically according to the requirement of the technique. Every electroslag welding machine can weld two cuts simultaneously
15. Overturn the work-piece to 90°by using the 90°turning machine to the roller conveyor after electroslag welding and convey it to the submerged welding machine.
16. Overturn the work-piece to 90°by using 180°turning machine and move it to the work-piece holder beneath the first submerged welding machine, weld the 2 line on the web.
17. Overturn the work-piece to 180°by using 180°after welding the two lines and move it to the work-piece holder beneath the second submerged welder, weld the other two lines.
18. Overturn the work-piece to 90°by using180°turning machine down the roller conveyor after submerged welding and then convey it to the weld line testing section to examine the line and do some repair welding.
19. Convey the box-beam to the face milling section by roller conveyor and do some milling.
Attention: The milling section can have one or two face milling machines.
If there are two, you need prepare an up-down roller conveyor and a conveying machine, so that they can mill 2 faces without returning.
If you just have one milling machine, you do not need any ascending and descending roller conveyor or conveying machine. That means the milling machine was not directly correlated with previous processing steps. The section needs a crane to lift the box-beam and its milling process of two faces needs returning.
20. The milled work-piece should have such processes as support plate welding, shot blasting and work-piece butt spreading.
