4-roller Plate Rolling Machine Main introduction:

It is easy to centre the plate when using four roller rolling machine, the craft versatility is broad, also you can rectify flaws slanting and other defects which was caused during rolling time; you can finish assembling and spotting welding at once; it can finish pre-bending and roll steel plate by feeding once, The surplus straight edge is small, it is a ideal machine for rolling round and curved work piece.

W12NC  series 4-roller rolling machine is mainly made up of upper roller part, lower roller part, side roller part, overturning device, left and right frame, base, transmission part, sensing device, hydraulic system, and electric system and so on.

The upper roll was installed in the rack supported by bearings, its position is fixed. Through the electric motor, the reduction gear, the shaft couplings, the transmission part passes the power to the upper roller, to provide the torque for the volume system plate. The left side bearing of upper roller realize the tilting motion through the hydraulic ram, make it easy to bring the work piece out, right margin of the upper roll is equipped with the balance mechanism, guarantee the balance of the upper roller when the left bearing is rolling. The lower roller and the side roller was installed in the guide slot supported by each bearings, these two rollers are driven roller. Through the hydraulic cylinder, the lower roller moves vertically, its role is to clamp plate, with side-roll rolling. The left and right roller are on both sides, through the hydraulic cylinder tilt-down, adjust the side roller position, with the upper and lower rollers to complete the sheet steel end pre-bending and forming of the cylinder.

Electric NC control system uses Japanese Mitsubishi PLC  and display screen，it has the functions of man-machine conversation, real-time monitoring, parameters editor and storage. The elevating of lower and side rollers are controlled by NC, self balancing, digital display, synchronic precision is ±0.2mm. At the same time, there are overload and safe keeping devices on electric system, this can prevent the machine from being damaged in case of wrong use. It has movable operating table, this is easy to operate, safe and reliable.

Hydraulic system is made by professional company. It is mainly made up of motor, gear pump unit, all kinds of valve and oil box, assistant parts and so on. There are pressure control loop, speed control loop and direction control loop. All this system has rational design and reliable working, and has oil absorbing and scavenge filter to make system oil clean. Hydraulic pipe loop uses high pressure soft pipe and good potted component, thus can control system leakage effectively.

A：The plate feeds into the upper and lower rollers, the lower roller rising to clamp one end of plate.

B：Left side roll rises and pre-bend the plate right end.

C：The upper roller rotates and move plate rightwards.

D：Right side roller rises and falling left side roller to pre-bend another end of plate.

E：Adjust side rollers until plate become tube.
