According to the product requirements, it can be collocated with single machine at will.
The product is highly automated and can be used for the flow production of H-beam.

1. Both driving end and cross beams adopt box-beam welding structure whose stress has been relieved, it features compact structure, light weight, good rigidity, small deformation and artistic appearance.
2. The driving of the main longitudinal end beam and moving of transverse torch adopts Japan Panasonic servo driver and motor which drives Japan SHIMPO reducer through rack-and-pinion gearing.
3. The side of driving end beam equipped with horizontal guiding wheels which can make the guiding wheel press rail tightly by adjusting its eccentric shaft, therefore, the stability and accuracy during the whole moving can be assured.
4. The longitudinal guide rails are all made by high intensity track, all the contact surface of track have precision machining
and accurate grinding racks are installed outside the guide way.
5. The longitudinal guide rails are firmed by pressing plate backing board and connecting sleeve, which can ensure the
longitudinal straightness and parallelism of rail.
6. Automatic igniter and height controller of torch can be chosen according to customer’s requirement, with convenient operation.
7. There’s backfire arrester equipped on the torch which can prevent the safety hazards during cutting process.

1. This heavy duty H beam assembly machine can produce H beam with larger size according to customers requirement, the maximum size of web height can reach 3 meter.
2. The automatic centering of flange and web adopts hydraulic motor and gear, with high centering precision and good retentivity.
3. This machine is equipped with auxiliary supporting device for large web.
4. The material of pressing wheel, guiding wheel and main transmission wheel is 40Cr, with high frequency quenching process on the surface, has the advantages of good abrasion resistance and long service time. The main transmission wheel uses integral forging processwith good pressure resistance and high abrasion resistance.

Shot-blasting machine is a kind of shot-blasting equipment, which is applied to clean the surface of steel structure welding
work-piece, H-style steel, plate and other profiles. It can clean away rusty spot, rusty scale, welding slag on the work-piece

Why we often use Submerged arc welding way in the H beam productions line?
The welding seam of H-beam is very long. So continuous automatic welding is possible.
1. High welding productivity: Submerged arc welding can use a large welding current, the arc heating is concentrated, and the molten pool depth is increased. The welding speed of submerged arc welding is fast, and the welding speed of single wire submerged arc welding can reach 30~50m/h.
2. Good welding seam: the surface of the molten pool is protected by slag and flux, which avoids metal oxidation reaction in the molten pool and improves the strength and toughness of the welding seam. At the same time, due to the fast welding speed and relatively reduced heat input, the width of the heat affected zone is smaller than that of electrode arc welding, which is conductive to reducing welding deformation and preventing metal overheating. In addition, the welding surface is smooth and beautiful.
